In my work supporting enterprise system launches, I design scenario-based, role-specific modules that simulate actual job tasks so learners build genuine confidence before they ever go live. The measure of good design isn't completion rates alone, but also whether people can do their jobs better afterward.

Effective learning solutions start with understanding who the learner is and what's actually getting in their way. I conduct needs analysis, build learner personas, and use performance data to make design decisions that are targeted, not generic. Whether I'm supporting 500 global users across regulated systems or a small team onboarding to new workflows, the design always follows the learner.

I integrate generative AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot into my instructional design workflow to accelerate storyboarding, sharpen scenario writing, and prototype faster. But speed is only valuable when quality follows. I pair AI-assisted development with rigorous SME review cycles, multi-phase QA testing, and WCAG 2.1 / Section 508 accessibility standards to ensure every deliverable holds up under scrutiny.

I partner closely with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate complex requirements into clear, effective training. I also lead and mentor eLearning developers, establishing quality standards and feedback processes that elevate the whole team's output, not just my own.
